We do not collect or store payment card data. Billing is handled externally via Freshbooks.
We collect information solely to provide and improve the Mahiri service:
We do not collect data for advertising, and we do not build profiles for sale or trade.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with other Mahiri customers.
To deliver the service, Mahiri relies on the following subprocessors:

Each subprocessor is subject to their own data protection obligations. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function.
After the applicable retention period, records are purged from Notion and Mahiri's storage systems.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time.

Mahiri does not use traditional browser cookies. Your dashboard is accessed via a secure tokenized URL (an HMAC-signed slug). This link is your session identifier — no session state is stored in your browser.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics at this time.
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise your right to know, correct, or delete your information, email hello@mahiri.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, the following applies:
Lawful basis: We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing is necessary to deliver the services you requested.
Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact hello@mahiri.ai to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
International transfers: Your data may be processed outside the EEA by our subprocessors (Cloudflare, Notion, Resend). We rely on standard contractual clauses and/or adequacy decisions for these transfers where applicable.
EEA/UK Representative: We do not currently have a formal EEA or UK representative. If required based on customer volume or regulatory threshold, we will appoint one and update this policy accordingly.
Mahiri's services are intended for businesses and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact hello@mahiri.ai and we will delete the information promptly.
