These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (and the business you represent, collectively "Customer") and Van Murray Ventures, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, doing business as Mahiri ("Mahiri," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Raleigh, North Carolina. By activating a Mahiri subscription or using any Mahiri service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not activate or use Mahiri's services.
Mahiri is an Autonomous Business Operating System for founder-led small businesses. Mahiri provides a subscription-based platform that automates and manages the digital foundation of your business — including domain management, website hosting and maintenance, email deliverability, digital presence monitoring, content production, and related advisory services — delivered primarily through AI-assisted agent workflows operated by Mahiri on your behalf.
Mahiri is a platform and managed service, not a software tool you operate yourself. When you activate a Mahiri subscription, you authorize Mahiri's team (including automated agents) to act on your behalf to configure, maintain, and improve your digital infrastructure within the scope of your selected tier.

Every tier has defined monthly or quarterly inclusion caps. There are no unlimited inclusions on Foundation, Operate, or Command. If you reach a cap within a billing period, the additional request will either be queued for your next cycle or you will be offered an upgrade. Mahiri does not charge surprise overage fees.
Setup fees are waived for all tiers during the current program period. This policy may change with 30 days' advance notice.
Mahiri does not issue refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged for the following month, but the current month's fee is non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Mahiri invoices customers monthly via Freshbooks. Invoices are delivered to your billing email address. Your subscription continues each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@mahiri.ai.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@mahiri.ai. No cancellation fees apply. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to Mahiri services through the end of your paid period.
Mahiri is a B2B platform intended for businesses and their authorized personnel. You agree to: lawful use only; provide accurate information; limit access to authorized users; not abuse Mahiri's systems; not create or host illegal or harmful content; and cooperate with Mahiri to enable service delivery.
By activating, you authorize Mahiri to access your domain registrar, DNS settings, hosting environment, Google Business Profile, and connected third-party accounts, to the extent necessary to deliver services within your tier. High-risk actions — including DNS changes, domain transfers, and billing modifications — require your explicit confirmation via email or your status page before execution.
Mahiri integrates with Cloudflare, Google, Resend, Anthropic, Freshbooks, and Notion. Mahiri is not a reseller. You remain the direct subscriber to any third-party tools. Mahiri may receive affiliate compensation from some vendors; this does not affect the quality of advice.
You retain ownership of content you provide. Websites and digital assets Mahiri builds for you become your property upon payment. Mahiri retains all rights in its platform, workflows, and technology. Mahiri retains the right to display "Powered by Mahiri" attribution on Mahiri-hosted surfaces.
Mahiri collects and processes business and contact information solely to provide and improve the services. Key subprocessors include Cloudflare, Google, Resend, Anthropic, Freshbooks, and Notion. Your data is not shared with other Mahiri customers.
Each party agrees to hold the other's confidential information in reasonable confidence, not disclose it to third parties without consent, and use it only to fulfill obligations under these Terms.
Mahiri will provide services in a professional and workmanlike manner. EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, MAHIRI'S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." MAHIRI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Mahiri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Mahiri's total cumulative liability will not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) five hundred dollars ($500).
Mahiri may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
